Stretching and Flexibility Exercises

Stretching and flexibility is a life long activity for many people.  Stretching keeps you young and allows you to move freely without the possibility of injuries.  The problem is that the area that is tight, might not be the area that needs stretched.

 

Take your hamstrings for example.  They in fact might be as flexible as they need to be but you still can’t touch your toes.  And by stretching them more you could be over stretching them and making the problem worse.  I know it sounds counter intuitive but let me try to explain.

Colic Baby Health

Having a baby with colic is physically and emotionally exhausting. When a parent has no way to comfort or bring relief to their child and must instead sit and listen to them cry for hours, it can be stressful, to say the least. One of the biggest challenges with colic is for the parents. It can be quite hard to handle a colicky baby.
