Organic Skin Care Product for the Eye
With all the beauty and skin care products most of us have in the “war chest”, is it really needed to even have an eye cream as well? Isn’t one moisturizer for skin care enough to handle all of the problems with dryness on the face, coupled with those around the eyes? Are we simply using too many and various different skin care treatments and products for essentially the same issues? Why is skin care for the eye so very different that it requires a specialized cream?
Well, to answer that question it is first imperative ask yourself this: How abundant times do you think you happen to blink in a minute? If it is even two times per minute, just think about how abundant times the skin around your eye has had to stretch in order to accommodate this very simple function. For someone who is fourty years old, then you have blinked over twenty eight million times (allowing for eight hours of sleep every night) which makes the need for eye skin care products a little more understandable, doesn’t it?
So, is skin care about health or beauty? The truth is-it’s about both and that is why you want to find organic skin care products with living nutrients such as essential oils because they help rebuild and repair from within.

We all know the familiar story; you go through your teenage years and are quite active, maybe you play a little sport on weekends. Because of your high activity level and age your metabolism is also high so your weight is not a problem. Unfortunately this makes you complacent and you develop a taste for fatty junk food. You develop a habit of unhealthy eating because your metabolism helps you burn off most of the calories from the junk food and so the negative effects remain unnoticed.
As you move into adulthood your priorities change and you give up sports and focus more on work and social activities such as parties and drinking. You notice that you have some extra body fat but by now you’ve programmed your lifestyle habits into your subconscious and weight loss is still not a major concern. As you get to your 30’s or 40’s however you have a considerable amount of body fat and you start to see the health problems associated with your unhealthy lifestyle.

The word ‘diet’ has become synonymous with a structured reduction in food intake Most ‘diets’ involve either a strict regime dictating what may be eaten each day or rigid control over the types and quantities of food eaten
There are a number of reasons why this doesn’t work for weight loss:
1 Going on a diet necessarily means coming off it again at some stage, and that all you have lost will eventually be regained (probably with interest) Permanent weight loss requires permanent changes Basically, when it comes to weight control, if it’s not something you can do for a lifetime, it won’t work.

There are some things in life you can change, and some you can’t Biology falls largely in the latter category However, knowing how biology affects body weight might help you to understand why your body reacts as it does to your attempts to keep your weight under control, and why the next person’s reaction could be completely different
In the first place, there are genetic differences Not only do we know that we inherit general characteristics from our parents, but recent advances in molecular biology have isolated many of the genes that actually cause this effect in relation to body weight.

Similarly, all our ideas about exercise for fitness and sports performance might not bear sufficient relation to the type of exercise needed for fat loss If this is the case, maybe we’ve been barking up the wrong tree entirely Perhaps all our beliefs about weight loss need a good shake-up

Stretching and flexibility is a life long activity for many people. Stretching keeps you young and allows you to move freely without the possibility of injuries. The problem is that the area that is tight, might not be the area that needs stretched.
Take your hamstrings for example. They in fact might be as flexible as they need to be but you still can’t touch your toes. And by stretching them more you could be over stretching them and making the problem worse. I know it sounds counter intuitive but let me try to explain.
