Our immune system react the same manner when it senses the presence of exotic substances like allergens as when it opposes against the attack of viruses which will then trigger the cold or nasal allergy symptoms.

The common cold is caused by viruses that involved in the transmission of the upper respiratory tract – nose, nasal passages and throat. If you breathe in such allergen, they can direct to a series of allergic reactions like coughing, congestion, sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose for particular people.
