Do low carb diets work? Lol, they certainly do. When I got up to 190 pounds, I’m 5’6? so a little overweight, I started eating nothing but meat and protein with a few slices of toast here and there. When I designed my weight loss meal plans I used the old food pyramid and took the required number of items from each group. Make sure you get some protein whether it be meat or beans or other sources of protein. Make sure you also add enough fruit and fiber to your list. I also used sugar free canned fruit as a dessert so it did it’s job in two ways.
