Acne Prevention- Natural Cures

There are several acne natural treatments that you may want to try before spending money on treatments. Many of these are cures that have been passed down from generation to generation. They are broken down into 2 categories. The blackheads category is more for prevention than curing an outbreak of pimples. This is the category you should use most because, the most important factor in acne control is early prevention. The second category, acne cures is used if an outbreak has already occurred.

Natural Skin Care

Natural Skin Care – Acne is the commonly used name for pores clogged by sebum (also known as whiteheads and blackheads), pimples, nodules or cysts that can appear on the face, neck, shoulders, chest, back, upper arms and upper legs.

Most teenagers and a good number of adults suffer from acne for more or less extended periods of time. The condition is not confined to any age group, race, or sex. It affects hundreds of millions of people across the world. The biggest problems with acne are the unpleasant look of pimples and the scars they may leave behind.

I take acne very seriously as having suffered from it since I was 11 years old. Most people I know don’t remember me with acne because I either covered it up, or got facials regularly which really helped prevent it.

My whole skincare line is dedicated to helping anyone with problem skin. Those of you with beautiful skin, “piss off”. Just kidding.

How I recommend using the Clear Skin Kit. In my book “Under My Skin” I describe in detail how to use the products, here is a brief explanation.

Clear Skin starts with cleansing. I use the Foaming Cleanser most of the time, except if I’m dry, then I use Creamy Cleanser.

I then use ALA for my pores. I have my new ALA with Azelaic Acid. Day 25 follows in the morning.

In the evening, I recommend using ALA Cream, Hydro Gel, if dry skin, or Benzo 5, if normal to oily with breakout. If experiencing a breakout, dap MaxiClearon top of inflammation.

If it is an emergency and you have an important event you have to go to, I recommend icing your face for 5 to 10 minutes. Then apply Kiss Zit Goodbye over blemished area. Reapply the ice to infected area for 10 more minutes. Repeat this one more time. If the acne is severe, I would put ALA with Azelaic Acid, Benzo 5, Kiss Zit Goodbye and MaxiClear, followed by the ice treatment for another 10 to 20 minutes, until I could not stand it. Move the ice around from area to area, when it gets too cold.

If your skin gets a little dry, slow down your treatment, don’t stop it. Don’t worry that you are using moisturizer as Vasseur Skincare does not contain pore clogging ingredients.
