One of the best things about designing your own meal plan for weight loss is the fact that you won’t put anything on it you don’t like. On the other hand if you get a plan somewhere else it more than likely will have foods on it that you don’t like. Is it important to know a food’s calorie content?

If you have been battling fat all your life, you know that just going on a diet will not solve the problem. Diets may work for a time, but once you stop dieting, the fat piles back on sooner than you can say, “Fat!”
